There's currently no way to bypass mod detection.

1.0.14 Beta

1. Download Sonicexe Modded.exe
2. Move it into game directory alongside original files
3. When installing mods, make sure file is named data.mod
4. Launch Sonicexe Modded.exe instead of original executable

Currently only Windows version is supported.

1. Download data.dll
2. Replace data.dll in game directory with downloaded one
3. Replace data.win with the mod of your choice
4. ???
5. PROFIT!

Linux and Android versions does not require further modifications beyond unpacking, replacing data.win and repackaging back.
